Management Team

Artica Uy,  BSN RN, President and Manpower/Medical Staffing Specialist for International Operations.

Artica Uy has an extensive knowledge of the International Recruitment Legislation and Regulations covering the USA and the Philippines. In her years of recruitment experience, Artica has assisted hundreds of nurses in relocating to their desired locations. Artica has overall responsibility for the processing of all nurse candidates and other healthcare professional applicants.

Helen Cruz, RN MS CRNP, Director of Operations for Temporary and Permanent Placement.

Helen Cruz is a partner/consultant with Careplus International, LLC bringing over 30 years of professional experience in the US. During her nursing career as an ICU, Medical-Surgical, Nephrology, Oncology and research nurse and as a clinical specialist, she has worked, trained and mentored many nurses. She is also an adjunct nursing faculty at Howard Community College. She received her MS at the University of Maryland School of Nursing at Baltimore and her Nurse Practitioner Degree at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, MD.
